      Leslie grew up taking dance classes and being involved in competitive dance. While in high school, Leslie started a liturgical dance ministry at her home church. In 2009, Leslie created Rakad Dance Camp and has been the Camp Director for the past 12 summers. 
              According to Leslie, Rakad week is the best week of the year. God always shows up in amazing ways through camp.  When Leslie is not at Rakad, she is probably planning next year's camp. Seriously, she's always working on making Rakad better. It's her passion.
        Leslie has worked as a missionary in China. She is currently pursuing a Master in Nonprofit Management and International Studies at University of Oregon. (She'll be graduating 4 weeks before #Rakad2020)

We want people who want to help make Rakad Dance Camp amazing!
At this time, Rakad does not have any paid staff and all roles are on a voluntary basis. The most straight forward way to help is by either volunteering or interning with Rakad.
