Camp Leadership
At Rakad Dance Camp, our Camp Staff is a comprehensive Leadership Program that is designed for young women who are passionate about dance and eager to inspire others. This dedicated group of leaders plays a vital role in creating a positive and uplifting environment for all campers.

Our Camp Staff, many of whom are former campers themselves, undergo rigorous leadership and spiritual training to ensure they can provide the best support and encouragement to their peers. Their commitment goes beyond just dancing; it's about fostering a sense of community and helping each camper shine.

Are You Ready to Lead?

Requirements:
  • Jr. Counselors must be 12+ years, Counselors 15+ years, and Summer Camp Admin 18+ years.
  • Positive role model qualities
  • Responsible, mature, and kind behavior
  • ​A strong relationship with Jesus
  • Previous experience at Rakad Dance Camp or 3 years of dance experience
